The Project
The Village Vet operates two busy clinics alongside a mobile veterinary service, so their website needed to clearly support a wide range of services while making it effortless for clients to take action. We designed and built a new WordPress site that feels friendly and professional, with simple navigation and clear pathways to booking and contact.
Usability was the top priority. Clients need to quickly find the right service, understand their options, and book with confidence. We structured the site around clear service categories and locations, with prominent calls to action throughout. On mobile, we added persistent “Book Now” and “Services” buttons at the top of the screen so key actions are always within easy reach, even while scrolling.
The visual design balances personality with professionalism. We retained the business’s iconic lime green as a key brand colour, but refreshed the overall look with clean layouts, modern typography and plenty of white space to keep the site feeling contemporary and approachable.
The result is a practical, client-focused website that supports busy clinics, encourages bookings, and reflects The Village Vet’s warm, trusted approach to animal care.
