Hotham Ski Association is a volunteer run organisation that promotes the interests of snow sport participants and enthusiasts at Mt Hotham. They needed to automate their membership in order to cut down on overheads and to make the process smoother and more rewarding for members.
We build them a WordPress membership site using Memberpress, which allows their members to sign up for a yearly membership subscription, and also to access members only documentation and resources via the membership portal. Members can control their membership details, and even cancel their own membership if need be. The site is set up to integrate with the associations CRM and Accounting software, and to make it very easy for the relevant committee members to access members details.
The site design utilises the wealth of beautiful photos provided by the HSA, which convey the stunning majesty of the setting, both in winter and in summer.
